Inter-Journal Writing Competition


Rules of the Inter-Journal Writing Competition

All first-year students with a minimum GPA of 2.2 and who have successfully completed LW&R and Moot Court or Legal Analysis, are eligible to participate on the Hastings journals. First-year students who wish to participate on a journal during their second year are required to enter the Inter-Journal Writing Competition, which begins this school year on the first day after the last scheduled exam, Friday, May 16, 2008, and ends on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 5 p.m. Entries must be postmarked or hand-delivered by the 5 p.m. deadline.

The Inter-Journal Writing Competition packet will be available for download from the Scholarly Publications website at 9 a.m. May 16, 2008. A paper copy of the Inter-Journal Writing Competition packet will be available at 9 a.m. on May 18 at the Scholarly Publications department office, 100 McAllister Street, room 2304.
